Every AGA product is produced in an ISO 9001 certified facility, independently audited by accredited certification bodies. Certification scope and currency are verified before production begins.

Our quality management system is built to ISO 9001 principles, covering design control, supplier approval, incoming inspection and batch traceability from production to fitment.

Australian Standards

Products are engineered and tested to the relevant Australian Standards, including:

AS 4876.1-2002Motor vehicle frontal protection systems
AS 4177.1Towbars and towing brackets

Independent test reports are held for each applicable product.

Australian Design Rules

AGA fitouts and accessories are engineered so the vehicle continues to comply with the Australian Design Rules it was certified to at manufacture. Design review covers the ADRs most affected by modification, including:

ADR 13Lighting and light-signalling installation
ADR 42General safety requirements, including external projections
ADR 43Vehicle configuration and dimensions
ADR 62Mechanical connections between vehicles
ADR 69 and ADR 73Frontal impact occupant protection, including airbag compatibility

Where a modification falls outside manufacturer specifications, it is assessed against the National Code of Practice for Light Vehicle Construction and Modification (VSB 14), with sign-off by independent licensed engineering signatories. All fitouts are designed to remain within the vehicle’s rated GVM, GCM and axle loads.
